€387,000 funding boost for Donegal South West

Donegal South West bye-election candidate Fianna Fáil Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill has warmly welcomed news that in excess of €387,000 has been directed into six projects in his constituency under the Community Services Programme.

Letterkenny A&E will be completed

“Cancer Services are a key priority for me”

Fianna Fail’s By-Election Candidate in Donegal South West Brian Ó Domhnaill has said that the development of cancer services in his constituency is one of his key priorities.

Senator O’Domhnaill continued, “I will continue to put pressure on the Minister for Health to ensure that follow-up mammography services will be put in place at Sligo General for breast cancer patients who have finished treatment. The delivery of this service is vitally important to my constituents many of whom live only 30 minutes away from Sligo Hospital”.

€1.5 million for Water Schemes

Donegal South West Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill has today received confirmation from Minister for Housing and Water Services Michael Finneran TD that over €1.5 million has been allocated to Donegal County Council for water improvement works in the County. This included €250,000 towards total pipe replacement of the Magheroarty Water Supply outside Gortahork.

Funding for Gortahork Adult Education Training Centre

Donegal South West Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill has warmly welcomed the funding which has been approved to Gortahork Adult Education Training Centre for Disabled Toilet Facilities.
